Cancellations and Refunds


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at microtripworld@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once an order has been processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Art prints, posters, stickers, and merchandise are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect address provided by the customer
    • Minor colour variations (screen vs print differences)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us at microtripworld@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
    • Photos of the outer packaging
  3. Once verified, we will offer:
  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (at our discretion)

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

 

5. Lost Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.
  • If the issue persists, reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible, though Microtrip World is not responsible for carrier delays or theft after delivery.
