Cancellations and Refunds
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at microtripworld@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products:
- Art prints, posters, stickers, and merchandise are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer

Minor colour variations (screen vs print differences)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us at microtripworld@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the outer packaging

Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (at our discretion)

4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Lost Packages
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.
- If the issue persists, reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible, though Microtrip World is not responsible for carrier delays or theft after delivery.
